Promotion for new clients who never have a mutual fund account opened with Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) before. In this regard, you simply need to open the mutual fund account directly with the Company and invest for the first time plus investing regularly for 12 months according to terms and conditions; then you will be entitled to the KFCASH-A units valued at 500 Baht.

Terms & conditions for promotion entitlement
Applied only for new clients who never have the mutual fund account opened with the Company before and perform any of the following transactions:
1. Open a mutual fund account:

• Mutual fund account opening can be proceeded either through @ccess Mobile application or direct contact at the head office of the Company (Access PL@CE, Ploenchit Tower, 1st floor, Zone A) and invest with a minimum purchase of 5,000 Baht during 5 Sep. - 30 Nov. 2023.
• Then, you need to make a regular investment in the same fund for 12 consecutive months with a minimum purchase of 500 Baht each month. In this regard, the kick-off period must be during September – December 2023, while investors are not allowed to skip investing or redeem fund units until the 12-month investing period ends. However, investors can make a switching to other participating funds; this will be not regarded as a breach of conditions.

• Open a fund account and invest in a preferred investment plan on SAM system on @ccess Mobile App at minimum required purchase at 10,000 Baht during 5 Sep. – 30 Nov. 2023.
• After that, you are required to make a regular investment through SAM at its minimum required purchase or 1,000 Baht for a period of 12 consecutive months. The required starting period must be during Sep. - Dec. 2023. In this regard, you are not allowed to skip investing or redeem fund units from SAM within the unitholder under this system until the 12-month investing period ends.

Participating Funds: This promotion applies to all mutual funds except SSF and RMF.

Receiving KFCASH-A units

• The Company will allot KFCASH-A units valued at 500 Baht according to entitlement terms and conditions to investors’ mutual fund accounts within the last business day of the month after the 12th month you invest. KFCASH-A NAV price will be based on the allocation date.
• If investors have only unitholder account opened via SAM’s system, they must open a regular mutual fund account to receive KFCASH-A units from the Company within 15 days after the last subscription since the Company will not be able to allot KFCASH-A rewards to their SAM accounts according to the terms and conditions of this promotional campaign.
• Investors will get a max of KFCASH-A units valued at 500 Baht from this promotion campaign.
• Eligible investment amount from this promotional campaign will not be considered for other promotion entitlements in 2023 - 2024.
• The Company reserves the rights to change the promotion terms and conditions without giving prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be deemed final.
