Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform all investors that the Management Company is closing to subscription orders and switching-in orders for Krungsri Global Equity Long Short Fund (“KF-GLS”). Such closure is a result of the UBS (Irl) Investor Selection – Equity Opportunity Long Short Fund (Master Fund) not accepting subscription orders.

This will be effective from 31 October 2024 onwards. However, existing unitholders can continue to submit redemption and switching-out order as usual. This announcement will have no impact on the switching order that was switched-out from the source fund to KF-GLS prior to this announcement.

Should there be any changes, a further announcement will be made.
