Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Management Company”) would like to inform you of the amendments to the mutual fund project of Krungsri China A Shares Equity Fund (KFACHINA), Krungsri China A Shares Equity RMF (KFACHINRMF) and Krungsri China A Shares Equity SSF (KFACHINSSF) which have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission on a general basis regarding to the change of the management company which manage UBS (Lux) Investment SICAV - China A Opportunity (USD) (“Master Fund”). This change has no impact to the management of the fund, The detail of which is as follows:

The amendments to the mutual fund project mentioned above shall take effect from 10 October 2024 onwards.
