Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform all investors that the Management Company is closing to subscription orders and switching-in orders for Krungsri US Equity Fund-A (KFUS-A) and Krungsri US Equity Fund-I (KFUS-I) with effect from 27 February 2024. Such closure is a result of the number of KFUS-A and KFUS-I outstanding units reaching the concentration limit which, according to the regulation of the Capital Market Supervisory Board, shall not exceed one third of the total outstanding units of the master fund.

However, existing unitholders can continue to submit redemption and switching-out order as usual. This announcement will have no impact on the switching order that was switched-out from the source fund to KFUS-A/I prior to this announcement.

Should there be any changes and/or the Management Company deem appropriate to re-open for subscription and switching-in, a further announcement will be made.
