Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform you of the amendments to the fund project and the legal commitment of 20 funds, namely, Krungsri China A Shares Equity Fund (KFACHINA), Krungsri ESG Climate Tech Fund (KFCLIMA), Krungsri China Megatrends Fund (KFCMEGA), Krungsri Cyber Security Fund (KFCYBER), Krungsri Equity Sustainable Global Growth Fund (KFESG), Krungsri Global Millennials Equity Fund (KFGMIL), Krungsri Global Technology Equity Fund (KFGTECH), Krungsri Asian Equity Hedged FX Fund (KFHASIA), Krungsri Europe Equity Hedged Fund (KFHEUROP), Krungsri Disruptive Innovation Fund (KFINNO), Krungsri Japan Equity Index Hedged FX Fund (KFJPINDX), Krungsri Japan Small Cap Equity Fund (KFJPSCAP), Krungsri US Equity Fund (KFUS), Krungsri US Equity Index Hedged FX Fund (KFUSINDX), Krungsri Vietnam Equity Fund (KFVIET), Krungsri Yenjai Fund (KFYENJAI), Krungsri ESG Climate Tech SSF (KFCLIMASSF), Krungsri ESG Climate Tech RMF (KFCLIMARMF), Krungsri Equity Sustainable Global Growth SSF (KFESGSSF) and Krungsri Equity Sustainable Global Growth RMF (KFESGRMF). Such amendments have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission on a general basis, the material details of which are as follows:

1. Make amendments to the Project’s Details by adding the topic of “Investment Type according to Other Special Characteristics” to ensure consistency with the Circular Letter No. SEC. NorPor. (Wor) 6/2566 regarding clarification for proper understanding of the specification of details pertaining to mutual funds with the investment policy that incorporates ESG factors in the fund management system.
