Closure to Subscription Orders for Krungsri Long Term Private Capital Fund-Not for Retail Investors (KFLTPC-UI)

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform that the Management Company will close the subscription orders of Krungsri Long Term Private Capital Fund-Not for Retail Investors (KFLTPC-UI) for the period of 9 January - 9 February 2023 as the BlackRock Long Term Private Capital, SCSp (the “Master Fund”) has changed the period for receiving subscription orders. This shall be effective from 20 January 2023 onwards.

In this regard, the closing of the subscription orders for such investment units will have no impact on the previous subscription orders submitted to the Management Company.
