Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform all investors that the Management Company is closing to subscription orders and switching-in orders for Krungsri Japan Small Cap Equity Fund (KF-JPSCAP) with effect from 16 September 2021. Such closure is a result of the number of KF-JPSCAP outstanding units reaching the concentration limit which, according to the fund prospectus, shall not exceed one third of the total outstanding units of the master fund. 

However, existing unitholders may redeem and/or switching out of KF-JPSCAP as usual.

Should there be any changes and/or the Management Company deem appropriate to re-open for subscription and switching in, a further announcement will be made.
