Amendment to the Fund Project of 20 Funds

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Management Company”) would like to notify unitholders of the amendments made to the mutual fund project of 20 funds under management which have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“the SEC Office”) on a general basis.  Such amendments are related to the borrowing policy or transactions under repurchase agreements in order to create flexibility for mutual fund management and comply with the investment regulations as stipulated by the SEC Office without having impact on the investment policy and/or any other rights of the unitholders. The amendments are summarized as follows:

The Management Company may borrow money or enter into transactions under repurchase agreements for the purpose of temporary liquidity management at the ratio not exceeding 10% of the Fund’s NAV……….
3.5. Borrowing Policy (if any) :  
The Management Company may borrow money or enter into transactions under repurchase agreements on behalf of the Fund in accordance with the rules, conditions, and procedures as specified by the Securities and Exchange Commission or the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Such transactions shall be undertaken to facilitate liquidity management for the Fund only.

The amendment to mutual fund project as mentioned above shall be effective from 15 April 2020 onwards.
