Extension of the Effective Period of the Current Front-end Fee and Switching-in Fee for Krungsri Global Smart Income Fund and Krungsri Global Collective Smart Income Fund

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to extend the effective period of the front-end fee and switching-in fee chargeable to the investors of Krungsri Global Smart Income Fund (KF-SINCOME) and Krungsri Global Collective Smart Income Fund (KF-CSINCOM) from between 2 May 2019 and 31 March 2020 to until 30 June 2020 as per the details in the table below:

Front-end Fee / Switching-in Fee	Actual Charge (% of trading value)
Investment amount = Below 20 million Baht = 20 million Baht and above but below 100 million Baht = 100 million Baht and above	1.00 0.50 0.25

A further notice will be made by the Management Company should there be any changes.
