Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Management Company”) would like to notify unitholders of the amendments to the mutual fund project of Krungsri Thai All Stars Equity Fund (KFTSTAR); which have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The amendments are in relation to change of the Trustee and the Custody of the Fund, which are summarized as follows:
• Change of Name, Address and Telephone Number of the Trustee and the Custody of the Fund:

The amendments to the mutual fund project mentioned above shall take effect from 23 April 2020 onwards.
In this respect, the Management Company may issue a new passbook indicating Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited as the Trustee of the Fund to the Unitholders as from 23 April 2020.
Notwithstanding, Unitholders can still use the old passbook having the name of Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited as Trustee of the Fund for undertaking the subscription, redemption and switching transactions until it is used up completely.
