Change of Information of the Master Fund of Krungsri US Equity Fund (KF-US)

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Management Company”) would like to notify unitholders of the change of information of Merian North American Equity Fund, the Master Fund of Krungsri US Equity Fund (KF-US), which the Management Company has been informed by the Master Fund. The change is summarized as follows:

Old:

Merian Global Investors Series plc which is the management company of the Master Fund appoints Merian Global Investors (UK) Limited as the investment manager and distributor of the investment units.

New:

Merian Global Investors (Europe) Limited is appointed as the manager and distributor of the investment units of the Master Fund while Merian Global Investors (UK) Limited remains as the investment manager. The change is undertaken to ensure that the Master Fund is able to offer its investment units in the European Economic Area (EEA) after the United Kingdom’s separation from the European Union.

The above-mentioned change shall not have any impact on the investment policy and the management procedures of the Master Fund and KF-US and shall take effect from 31 October 2019 onwards.
