Amendment to Fund Project of Krungsri Thai Small-Mid Cap Dividend LTF (KFLTFTSM-D)

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Company”) would like to inform you of the amendment to fund project of Krungsri Thai Small-Mid Cap Dividend LTF (KFLTFTSM-D) ) in relation to the definition of small-mid cap companies to comply with the rules of The Association of Investment Management Companies. The amendment have been approved by The Securities and Exchange Commission, details of which are as follows:

Clause 3.11 Details related to Investment Policy:
The Fund will consider investing in one or several securities or assets as follows: 1. Invest in equity of companies listed in The Stock Exchange of Thailand…….primarily in equity of small-mid cap companies no less than 80 per cent of the Fund’s NAV in average in each accounting year. Small-mid cap companies for the purpose of the investment by the Fund shall mean companies listed in The Stock Exchange of Thailand, companies listed in The Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) and include Initial Public Offering (IPO) subscription, the market capitalization of which shall not exceed ~~50,000~~ million Baht as at the date preceding the investment date……. 2. ……………………………………………………..	The Fund will consider investing in one or several securities or assets as follows: 1. Invest in equity of companies listed in The Stock Exchange of Thailand…….primarily in equity of small-mid cap companies no less than 80 per cent of the Fund’s NAV in average in each accounting year. The above change shall take effect on 7 May 2018 onwards.
