Acceptance of Subscription Orders and Switching-in Orders for Krungsri Japan Small Cap Equity Dividend Fund (KF-JPSCAPD)

With reference to an announcement of Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) regarding closure to subscription orders and switching-in orders of Krungsri Japan Small Cap Equity Dividend Fund (KF-JPSCAPD) with effect from 14 February 2018.

The Management Company would like to inform all investors that Management Company will resume acceptance of subscription orders and switching-in orders of such fund with the following conditions for switching-in orders:

1. Open for switching-in orders from switching-out units of Krungsri Cash Management Fund (KFCASH), Krungsri Cash Plus Fund (KFCASHPLUS), Krungsri Star Plus Fund (KFSPLUS), and Krungsri Smart Fixed Income Fund (KFSMART).

2. Switching between Krungsri Japan Small Cap Equity Dividend Fund (KF-JPSCAPD) and Krungsri Japan Small Cap Equity Fund (KF-JPSCAP) are not yet accepted at this time.

The above shall be in effect from 6 March 2018.
