Change in Investment Restrictions of Master Fund of 3 Funds under Management

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Company”) would like to inform you of amendments to the projects which have been considered and acknowledged by The Securities and Exchange Commission. The amendments were made to the Section titled "Investment Objectives and Policy of the Master Fund" in relation to the investment restrictions of Allianz Europe Equity Growth Fund, as the Master Fund of Krungsri Europe Equity Fund (KF-EUROPE), Krungsri Europe Equity Hedged Fund (KF-HEUROPE) and Krungsri Europe Equity RMF (KFEURORMF).  Such amendments, which are not material and shall not affect the investment policy of the master fund. The new statements are as follows. 

Investment Restrictions :
- The Sub-Fund is PEA (Plan d’Epargne en Actions) eligible in France
- Min. 75% of Sub-Fund assets are permanently physically invested in Equities as described in the investment objective
- Max. 25% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in Equities other than described in the investment objective
- Max. 20% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in Emerging Markets
- Hong Kong Restriction applies
- GITA Restriction applies, however at least 70% of Sub-Fund assets are invested in Equity Participation

The above change shall take effect on 27 November 2017 onwards.
