Termination of Krungsri Life Stage 55 Plus Fund

Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. as a fund manager of Krungsri Life Stage 55 Plus Fund (KFLS55PLUS) would like to inform you that the number of unitholders decrease below 35 persons on 20 October 2017. Therefore, according to the terms in the prospectus, the Fund must be terminated.

In this regard, we made an automatic redemption of the remaining units for our unitholders on 24 October 2017 and the proceeds thereof will be transferred to your bank account or be made in a cheque to be sent to you on 31 October 2017 in case no bank account detail provided

Following the above, we will liquidate and terminate the Fund.
