Amendment to the mutual fund project of Krungsri Global Smart Income RMF

Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Management Company”) would like to notify you of amendment to the mutual fund project of Krungsri Global Smart Income RMF (KFSINCRMF) which have been underwritten by the Fund Supervisor and approved by The Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for consistency and/or compliance with the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. Thor Nor. 55/2559 re: Investment of the Funds (No. 3) dated 20 December 2016 by changing in type of fund according to investment policy in order to consistent with assets type which the master fund focus to invest. The amendments are as follow:

Type of Fund according to Investment Policy : Mixed Fund	Type of Fund according to Investment Policy : Fixed Income Fund

The above changes shall take effect from 31 May 2017 onwards.
