Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. as a fund manager of Krungsri Star Income Fund would like to inform you that during 19-25 May 2015, the total number of units redeemed by our unitholders within the 5 consecutive trading days exceeded two third (2/3) of the total outstanding units. Therefore, according to the terms in the prospectus, the Fund must be terminated.

In this regard, we made an automatic redemption of the remaining units for our unitholders on 26 May 2015 and the proceeds thereof will be transferred to your bank account or be made in a cheque to be sent to you on 28 May 2015 in case no bank account detail provided

Following the above, we will liquidate and terminate the Fund.
