Termination of Krungsri Tuntawee Fund 2

Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) as a fund manager of Krungsri Tuntawee Fund 2 (KFTW2) (the “Fund”) would like to inform you that the total value of fund units sold based on the par value was less than Baht 50 million on 30 June 2020. Such a small size of the Fund may cause an inefficiency of the Fund management, thus the Company consider to terminate the Fund in accordance to conditions in the prospectus.

In this regard, we made an automatic redemption of the remaining units for our unitholders on 1 July 2020 and the proceeds thereof will be transferred to your bank account or be made in a cheque to be sent to you on 7 July 2020.

Following the above, we will liquidate and terminate the Fund.
