Termination of Krungsri Money Fund (KFMONEY)

Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Management Company”) as a fund manager of Krungsri Money Fund (KFMONEY) would like to inform you that as of 22 February 2018, the value of the total outstanding units calculated based on the par value is below 50 million Baht. Such decrease in the value of the investment of the fund results in restriction in terms of efficient management of the fund. The Management Company, therefore, wishes to terminate the fund project as specified in the conditions in the prospectus.

In this regard, we made an automatic redemption of the remaining units for all unitholders on 23 February 2018 and the proceeds thereof will be transferred to your bank account or be made in a cheque to be sent to you on 26 February 2018 in case no bank account detail provided.

Following the above, we will liquidate and terminate the Fund.
