Previous Statement Amendment to the Criteria
2.1 Investment in Fixed Income Securities
The Fund was not required to invest in fixed income securities that were subject to public disclosure.

Fixed income securities in which the Fund may invest must be registered in the market under the regulator’s supervision and must contain public disclosure.  Failure to meet this requirement, the Fund shall be restricted and may invest in any single issuer at no more than 5% of NAV with the aggregate investment in all issuers not to exceed 15% of NAV.
2.2 Investment in Bills of Exchange or Promissory Notes for Settlement of Trade Obligations
No specific requirement. The Fund may invest in these types of securities only if they are avalized or guaranteed by financial institutions as specified.
2.3 Investment in Derivatives
The Fund may invest in OTC derivatives which is not for risk hedging purpose and does not involve complicated investment,
at no more than 25% of NAV.
The investment ratio is cancelled to enable the Management Company to manage liquidity risk without affecting the overall liquidation in unit redemption.
2.4  Investment in other mutual funds (Concentration limit)
The Fund may invest in other mutual funds at no more than 25% of total units in the Fund. The Fund may invest in other mutual funds at no more than 25% of the Fund except Feeder Fund.  If the Feeder Fund exceeds its concentration limit without additional investment, it may still make additional investment in the feeder fund.  However, if within 90 days, the Fund still exceeds its concentration limit, the Management Company shall not additional offering the Feeder Fund.

3. Amendment to the statement under the heading “Type of Funds according to Investment Policy” by changing from Mixed Fund to Fixed Income Fund for consistency with the name of the Master Fund and/or type of main assets in which the Master Fund invests.   (Please see the list of funds subject to this change in the enclosed schedule under “4. In addition, the Management Company has updated the details of the mutual fund projects in relation to the fees and expenses charged to the funds to include VAT or specific business tax or other taxes for consistency with the Notification of the SEC No. SorNor. 61/2559 re: Prospectus of mutual fund’s investment unit for general investors, non individual investors mutual and institutional investor mutual fund (No. 3) dated 27 December 2016.  (Please see the list of funds subject to this change in the enclosed schedule under “5.
