The Fund will allocate at least 80% of NAV in each accounting year in a foreign fund titled Morgan Stanley Investment Funds - Global Brands Fund (Class Z) (master fund), which invests primarily in equity securities of companies in the world’s developed countries whose success the Company believes depends on intangible assets (for example, but not limited to, brand names, copyrights or methods of distribution).
